THE BIBLE: We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired Word of God. We believe the Scriptures are the final source for faith and practice and that it is sufficient for leading to salvation and the sanctification of the believer.
- GOD: In the one being, that is God, there exists three co-eternal and co-equal persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three persons are completely equal in essence, attributes and eteranlity; yet they are distinct in person.
- JESUS CHRIST: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary, and that He is true God and true man.
- MAN: We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, that he sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death, which is separation from God; that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners in thought, word, and deed. We believe that because of spiritual deadness in sin (Eph. 2:1), regneration of the Holy Spirit preceeds salvation. That man must be raised to spiritual life by the working of Sovereign Grace before salvation can occur; and that when that happens grace is sure and effectual (John 6:44).Man, by his fall into sin, has lost all ability to will to anything good that accompanies salvation. Therefore; being dead in sin, he is unable to convert himself or prepare himself for salvation (Rom. 5:6, 8:7; Eph. 2:1,5; 1 Tim. 3:3-5).
- SALVATION: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for His Sheep (John 10:11) before the foundation of the world (Rev. 13:8) according to the Scriptures as a substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who repent and trust Christ are justified on the ground of His shed blood on the cross, and are saved by grace through faith, wholly apart from human merit and works (Eph. 2:8-9; Titus 3:5).
- ELECTION: We believe that all who are chosen in Him before the foundation of the World will be regenerated by the work of the Holy Spirit and will be born again by the Word of God, and thereby become children of God.
- THE HOLY SPIRIT: We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person, and the administrator of the things of God: convincing of sin, revealing Christ, teaching the truth, restraining evil, energizing believers in prayer, worship and service, and is ever present in the believer as our comforter and helper.
- SATAN: We believe in the reality and personality of Satan: that he is a created being of beauty and power, the prince of this world, the god of this age, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience; that he fell through pride, and that he will be judged and cast into the lake of fire.
- THE RETURN OF CHRIST: We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, His ascension into Heaven, His present life there for us as our High Priest and Advocate, and His personal, bodily, visible, premillenial return to establish His kingdom on earth, to reign as the only potentate: the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
- THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH: We believe that at any moment the rapture of the saved may occur, when the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven. . . ." to catch up His people to meet Him in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
- HEAVEN AND HELL: We believe in the bodily resurrection of all the dead: the saved, to a 1ife of eternal glory and bliss in heaven with God; the unsaved, to eternal judgment of conscious suffering and woe in the lake of fire.
- EVANGELISM: We believe that it is the privilege and responsibility of every believer to be a personal soul winner and to do his utmost to give the Gospel of Christ to the whole world.
- SEPARATION: We believe that we are called to be a separated people to abide in Christ, to walk in the Spirit and to enjoy victory over the world, the flesh and the devil.
- OUR RESOLUTION ON SEPARATION: Whereas the practice of inclusivism is infiltrating fundamentalism, and whereas fundamentalism is a movement of separation, be it therefore resolved that we reaffirm our historic separatist position by observing Scripture.
- ORDINANCES: We believe that there are two ordinances of the Church: Baptism and the Lord's Supper. We believe that believer's baptism by immersion is the scriptural mode.
- PERSEVERANCE OF THE SAINTS: We believe that all who have truly been born again by the Sovereign work of the Spirit of God through faith in Christ will persevere to the end (John 10:28; Matt. 10:22) Not because of his\her own strength or works, but because of the Soveriegn, resurrecting power of the Grace of God working in them through the Spirit of God. We believe it is the privilege of all such to be assured of their present salvation and eternal security.
